Techniques: Investigating unusual sounds at the beach, listening to the songs of birds, smelling flowers, feeling warmth of the sun, feeling touch of rain on the skin, marveling at the stars and stepping under the starlight sky,  being amazed from the look at the moon and the clouds are some of the tips for creating connection with natural world.

Close relationship with surroundings is also related to satisfaction, better productivity, increased energy, and creating a sense of purpose in life. Particularly children when spending time outside develop motor skills and by having fun they relax and enhance cognitive development.

Use imagery to release emotional blockages and build habits to create a bridge between your inner self and the nature:
