Relax the Mind
Breathe – Relax – Smile
“Men are not prisoners of fate, but only prisoners of their own minds”, said F. D. Roosevelt. In fact, between 50,000 to 70,000 thoughts daily occupy the mind. How do they affect you?
Relaxation is a quite widely used term and it can include any activities that relax the mind and body. For some people it can be dancing, chatting, drawing, listening to the music, walking, etc. However, relaxation as a technique deliberately activates a relaxation response in the mind and body. The goal is to experience the passive mind and rejuvenate the body.
Once we create a habit of regular relaxation, we increase positive thoughts and improve overall feelings.
